Improper installation of James Hardie products

The siding of this new home was improperly installed by the original builder. Due to a lack of adherence to James Hardie’s best practices, the overall siding and window warranty was voided directly by the manufacturer. We removed and reset all windows, James Hardie panel siding, and battens in order to establish the correct clearances and flashing requirements. The homeowners can now be assured that their new home will not only look beautiful, it will be congruent with the integrity of the proper installation techniques as well as the products.
