We were able to change this cape favorite into a home that will last for generations.

The traditional cedar planks and shingles around the house that were in need of repair. The right side of the house was growing mold and mildew yearly that needed to be pressure washed each season. We stripped all of the shingles down to the sheathing and removed the rotting attic vent. We also removed all of the windows in the three season room as well as a side door that was unnecessary to create more livable space inside.

We installed all new JELD-WEN sliding windows and sealed up the wall where the door used to be. The house was then applied with new HardieShingle straight edge panels in cobblestone along the side. We also installed 6 1/4″ Hardieplank lap siding in Harris Cream with Kleer PVC trim on the corners and windows. To finish off the look, black shutters were added.
