This second home had the original pine wood siding and was in need of repair. The paint was peeling around the trim areas and the wood siding was a woodpeckers best friend.

When the siding was removed there were various areas we discovered rot under the wood siding and lots of carpenter ants. The gutters in the front of the house were placed right against the siding and trim causing further damage to occur to the trim and siding.

We installed new 5 1/4″ Select Cedarmill HardiePlank lap siding in Monterey Taupe and Arctic white HardieTrim and HardieSoffit. We also installed a new half round window and installed some new deck boards along the side of the house to properly install the PVC watertable around the deck areas. The roof was also replaced with a new GAF roof. We also included new aluminum seamless gutters with leaf relief in the front of the house.
