The current siding was showing wear and tear from the elements, as well as the deck needing repair. The owners chose to brighten up the home with a warmer color from James Hardie in Woodland Cream. The contrasting features of pairing HaridePanel with HardieShingles worked nicely together to replace the intricate starburst siding on the side of the house. While removing the vinyl siding we discovered 1" foam insulation on top of the original wood clapboards. When we removed the vinyl covered fascia and soffit we discovered that most of it was rotting and needed to be rebuilt in order to install the new fascia and soffit.
